Tony Morgan
Director Manufacturing Process Engineering

Mr. Morgan joined Natel Engineering in August 2010 with over 20 years of high technology engineering, operations and design experience. Tony has extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing and assembly industry. He has designed, acquired and set up and automated printed circuit assembly lines for new products and for increased production throughput.  He has also implemented lean mythologies within various high technology manufacturing facilities.

Major accomplishments include transitioning of printed circuit assembly from a manual insertion to an automated assembly processes utilizing both through-hole and SMT technology formats and implementing process changes to convert manufacturing processes to RoHS compliant methods. He also has been involved in the transition to lean manufacturing including factory layout..

Tony's education includes an AS in Electronic Engineering from ITT Tech and continuing education towards a BS. He has several certifications in automated machine programming and maintenance, lean manufacturing, class 3 solder instruction and solder profiling processes.
