Roger Anderson
Director of Quality Assurance

Mr. Anderson has over 20 years experience in Quality Assurance of which the past 10 years have been in Quality Assurance Management. Prior to joining Natel, Mr. Anderson has been the Quality Assurance Manager at both Pentair Corp and Toro Corporation. He has also spent 12 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer for both Morton Thiokol and Lockheed-Martin. Areas of distinction include significantly reducing warranty rates and ISO / QS 9000 certification and compliance.

Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Production Management from Eastern Illinois University. He also has earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is also a Senior member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and has achieved the following certifications through ASQ: Six Sigma Green Belt, Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence, Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor.
