Kunal Sharma
Director of Operations

Kunal Sharma has over 12 years of Manufacturing and Operations leadership experience in Automotive, Semi-conductor, Aerospace, and Defense industries. He has a B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in Industrial Technology.

His career started as a Manufacturing Engineer at Toyota (NUMMI), and Kavlico. During this time, he was certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Shainin Apprentice. As a Production Manager and Manufacturing Manager at companies such as Kavlico, Danaher, and Rexnord, Kunal used his Lean manufacturing knowledge to successfully lead multiple manufacturing (on the factory floor) and transactional (in office areas) Kaizen events resulting in improvements in OTD, yields, and reduction of inventory.

Currently, Kunal's focus is on applying lean methodologies and eliminating waste throughout Natel's Value Stream.
