He is an accomplished C-Level Executive, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Specialist, and turnaround Expert. He has developed highly motivated teams to lead culture changes and process improvements while integrating/consolidating business units to achieve more profitable results, as well as championed Strategy Deployment execution efforts to drive customer satisfaction, sales growth, operations execution, and higher profits.

Allen's educational background consists of a Presidential & Key Executive (P.K.E.) MBA from Pepperdine University, Master Black Belt from Sigma Pro, Lean Management from the University of Tennessee, Lean Techniques from Lean Enterprise Institute (L.E.I.), Black Belt from the Motorola Six Sigma Academy, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Arkansas State University.
