Manufacturing Overview

Natel's manufacturing capabilities and processes represent the essence of our IQS philosophy - Innovation, Quality and Service. We patiently give expert attention to every detail and facet of the manufacturing function, ensuring that the highest quality work is delivered on time and on budget.

• All assembly, testing and laser trimming are performed in Class 10,000 clean rooms.
• Components and work-in-process are stored in grounded, nitrogen-purged dry boxes.
• Every operator, in every assembly step, is fully trained in the smallest detail of their particular process.
• Final electrical tests are performed at room temperature and, if required, at minimum and maximum operating temperatures.

The Natel manufacturing organization for each production area is responsible for material planning, scheduling and manufacturing of all released products. This organization draws from a complete Management Information System based on the MANMAN/OMAR system, and each manufacturing area is equipped with the latest manufacturing and test equipment with a high degree of automation. And with three fully automatic assembly lines for large volume productions, we can handle any size job, any time, with consistent quality and the highest level of performance.
