George D. Stroesenreuther – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Stroesenreuther joined the company in April 2008. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer & General Manager for Penton Overseas, Inc. based in Carlsbad, CA. Mr. Stroesenreuther’s experience includes serving in senior financial positions with a variety of companies including Abbott Laboratories, Outboard Marine Corporation and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). Positions held with these companies have included CFO, Worldwide Director of Internal Audit and International Controller among others. While at ABB Mr. Stroesenreuther gained significant experience working with micro-electronics and instrumentation businesses. His experience also includes working for several early stage companies. He has successfully led efforts to secure millions of dollars of private equity capital funding. In addition as CFO, Mr. Stroesenreuther led a successful $100 million IPO.

Mr. Stroesenreuther is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the California Society of CPA’s. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) in accounting from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Stroesenreuther also teaches CPA certified continuing education courses through the Center for Professional Education, Inc.
