Varun Dhingra

Mr. Dhingra started with Natel in 1995. Prior to joining Natel, he worked as Financial Controller for an international company in India. Mr. Dhingra has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Finance from Delhi University and an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, UP, India. During his student days, Mr. Dhingra was involved with the launch of Pepsi Foods in India.

At Natel, Mr. Dhingra is responsible for all hybrid operations. This includes material, production, capacity and manpower planning for various military, aerospace and commercial programs. In addition, he is responsible for program management and customer interfacing.

In 2000, Mr. Dhingra was a leading member of the transition team that moved Raytheon manufacturing operations from Quincy, MA and Tucson, AZ to our headquarters in Chatsworth, CA. This involved transferring equipment, technology, manufacturing techniques, materials, documentation, etc., for more than 200 different hybrids, spread over 16 different programs. Within 9 months the transition was complete and Natel was in full production, delivering products to Raytheon.
