James A. Angeloni
Vice President of Manufacturing Services

Mr. Angeloni joined Natel in October of 1982, and has been Vice President of Manufacturing Services since December of 1995. Prior to that date, Mr. Angeloni held a variety of process engineering and operations posts at Natel. Mr. Angeloni has been instrumental in the development of the "Super Assembly Line" concept at Natel and oversaw the development of our entire microelectronic production facility.

Mr. Angeloni co-developed one of the first automatic hybrid wire bond machines and has published many papers in the microelectronic field. Mr. Angeloni is a recognized expert in the field of microelectronic assembly. He has been in microelectronic manufacturing for more than 30 years and is a charter 30-year member of the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS), formerly known as ISHM.

Mr. Angeloni has held a variety of engineering and manufacturing management posts with companies including McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Co, General Automation, Gaiser Tool Co, and Laserdyne Corporation.

In his tenure at Natel, Jim has helped the company go from a conventional electronic assemblies company to one of the giants in the microelectronic assembly business. Jim's sales approach is based on a sound process and manufacturing background.
