Many of the medical hybrids advanced microelectronics packaging and process technologies were developed at Natel. Products manufactured include heart-pacers and defibrillators. These products are FDA approved for human implantation and are primarily used for heart arrhythmia problems. Tens of thousands have been shipped for human implant.
