ATE High Speed Module

  • High reliability 2G+ Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) application
  • 1,200 wires staggered for tight wire-to-wire pitch
  • Combines SMT and high reliability chip & wire in one assembly
  • .064 FR4 multi-layer board with buried resistors
  • Automatically assembled at a rate of 450 a day single shift
  • More than 70,000 delivered

1024 Pin ATE Hybrids

  • Custom low temperature co-fire ceramic (LTCC) multi-layer substrate
  • Side soldered pins for through hole next assembly
  • Combines SMT & Chip and wire
  • Die and wire bonds coated with moisture resistant coating

  • High reliability Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) application

  • 'Fuzz button'' no- pin board I/O interconnect

  • Small dies molly tabbed for heat spread
