Natel Implements a New ERP System

After considerable reviews and evaluations, Natel decided to procure a new ERP system to better serve our customers and allow for expansion to accommodate business growth.

For many years, Natel used MANMAN but both the hardware and software support were waning, making system reliability an issue. Natel evaluated a numbers of ERP systems offered by the major software providers and zeroed in on EPICOR as our choice. The software and supporting hardware ver procured and over the past eight months, data transfers were made and employees trained in using the new ERP system.
The system went live in September 2009. Current plans are to implement in our Chatsworth and Carlsbad facilities first, then expand to our Carson facility at a convenient time.
